Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or broken product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement.

Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Toys with opened packaging may not be eligible
